**A Female Care Support Assistant is required to cover 3- 6 tea-time hours per week to support a 16 year old young lady who has autism and loves singing and dancing, music and fun.**

The hours are: 4.30 pm till 7.30 pm usually, two evenings per week (can be fairly flexible) and to cover holidays and sickness of other support assistants.

The Support Assistant **must** have a sense of humour/fun and have access to a vehicle as the young lady lives in **Harwood Dale very close to the A171 and is 15 miles from either Scarborough or Whitby by car.**

**Experience with autism would be an advantage but not essential, however, access to a car is essential for this position, with a start date as soon as possible.**

The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour plus time and a half for Bank Holiday rate, and annual holiday leave.

Exception Under The Equality Act (2010)
- the post is only open to female applicants due to the personal assistance required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 3-6 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
