User Researcher

**Location**: 100% remote

**Start Date**: Flexible, can work with notice periods
**Salary**: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
**Level**: We are looking for a mid-weight or Senior Researcher (unfortunately we are not looking for Juniors for this role)

This company support a diverse range of global brands within banking, ecommerce, telecoms and electronics, they're a well established Research agency and are currently on a growth mission, further developing their service offering and operations.

They have a global team and support their customers globally, there is a great opportunity to progress in this business and develop your skills in research operations and move into Snr/Lead positions in the near future.

In this role you will use methodologies that span from in-depth user interviews to generative co-creation workshops, to usability evaluations.

**We are looking for**:

- Master’s degree or solid commercial experience in HCI, Usability, Psychology or closely related discipline
- Hands-on user research across a range of methodologies
- Qualitative research and data analysis
- History of improving user/customer experiences
- Quantitative / statistical data analysis skills would be an advantage but is not required
