**Maintenance Assistant / Driver**

**Location**: Hemswell Antique Centres, Lincolnshire
**Salary**: £12.49 per hour
**Hours**: Full-time, permanent (including alternate weekends)

We’re Hemswell Antique Centres - Europe’s largest and most successful antiques centre - and we’re looking for a new Maintenance Assistant / Driver to join our team. You’ll help keep our centres running smoothly and looking their best, supporting both our customers and dealers as every antique finds its perfect new home.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting our Maintenance and Delivery team across the centres
- Carrying out a range of tasks including gardening, decorating, and general maintenance
- Driving and delivering items across the UK when required
- Assisting with portering, furniture handling, and customer service duties
- Working both independently and as part of a friendly, hardworking team

**What we’re looking for**:

- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- High standards and great attention to detail
- Ability to work with people from all walks of life
- A full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Previous experience in driving, maintenance, or trades is an advantage - but not essential as full training will be given
- An interest in antiques or history would be a bonus
