**What You’ll Do**:

- As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you’ll bring your passion for detail and excellent communication skills to represent our clients in the best possible light. Here’s a glimpse of what the role entails:

- Work Locally - Cover supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius of your location.
- Ensure Product Visibility - Make sure our client products have the right shelf space and visibility.
- Store Engagement - Build relationships with store staff and managers, helping drive sales through additional displays and stock orders.
- Brand Advocacy - Keep retailers informed about exciting product launches, brand activity, and promotions.
- Organise with Precision - From shelf replenishment to setting up Point of Sale (POS) materials, your organisation and time management skills will shine

**What We’re Looking For**:

- To succeed in this role, you should:

- Be passionate about delivering excellence and maintaining high standards.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm under pressure.
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to explain objectives clearly and get buy-in from store colleagues.
- Have outstanding time management and organisational skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Be a strong team player that collaborates effectively with the wider larger team, especially for larger campaigns and feedback sharing.
- Previous field merchandising experience is desirable however not essential.

**Essential Requirements**:

- An iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 15.0 or higher).
- Right to work in the U.K.
