**National Sales Director, **based in the
**London, UK area**
**. **The main goal of this role is to be responsible for meeting short-term business objectives while achieving long-term growth and increased levels of customer satisfaction on the assigned region, with the mission of achieving revenue growth targets. As the Sales Director, you lead a small team of experienced Account Managers and manage budgets through direct sales and distributors, ensuring that our offers are accepted by customers.

**What will I be doing as Sales Director?**
- You will ensure the business unit achieves both short term (monthly) and long-term revenue growth and margin targets.
- Ensure the service portfolio increases year on year for all core revenue streams.
- Manage all aspects of customer attrition ensuring losses are minimized.
- Assist the distributor in identifying these ongoing projects in each area by sending and tracking the information obtained.
- Develop accurate plans, forecast and pipelines for business unit performance that meet the requirements of and are agreed by upper management.
- Management and quality control of the network of distributors assigned in your area, suggesting, if necessary, changes to improve results

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Bachelor’s degree(or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or Economics and/or relevant field experience with electronic access control systems and/or information technology in Hospitality.
- Several years of demonstrable experience at commercial departments in companies within the hospitality sector.
- Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with unyielding ethical standards.
- 1 additional European language (French or Spanish) would be highly desirable
- Strong open minded team player.
- Current UK driving licence
