**The Role**:
As an experienced decorator with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality painting and decorating works, including wall-papering. You'll also be responsible for carrying out small repairs and maintenance works when required at the decorating location. We value initiative, so your ability to take the lead and deliver a top-notch job will be highly appreciated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform painting and decorating tasks to the highest standard, ensuring exceptional results.
- Undertake small repairs and maintenance works at the decorating site as needed.
- Demonstrate a proactive and resourceful approach to provide the best possible service.
- Be a flexible and responsible team member, working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Maintain open and honest communication with all operatives and managers, fostering a positive and professional environment.

**Requirements**:

- Robust experience in painting and decorating, showcasing your skills and expertise.
- Full UK Driving Licence (Max 6 points) - your mobility and independence will be essential in this role, a licence check will be carried out before any job offer is given.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Painting & Decorating (including wallpapering): 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence with less that 6 points (required)
