**Job description**

We are currently growing our delivery team in the West Midlands region and are looking to add an industry-leading trainer and educator with excellent knowledge and experience into our fast growing organisation on a freelance role.

The new member of our team must be passionate about helping learners build their new careers and bring a lot of energy to our in-person course delivery.

This role is currently freelancer with the intention of assisting the growth of the company to eventually become an employed role.

**We will consider training the right person in training and education qualifications if required.**

Vector Training is registered training provider specialising in industry leading fitness programmes. We are a CIMSPA education partner training provider and deliver in-person training that helps our learners develop the skills needed to build their new careers.

As well as being a CIMSPA education partner training provider, we are an approved satellite centre for British Weight Lifting and are officially partnered with some of the leading brands in the industry, including Myzone, TRX and Wattbike.

Our in-person courses are currently delivered in the North West and Midlands.

**The Role**
- Delivering in-person and remote training to students.
- A full understanding and in-depth knowledge of the accredited personal training courses that Vector Training offer.
- Following Vector Training schemes of work and programme design.
- Communicating with students in a timely and effective manner.
- Adapting training techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Be adequately and professionally prepared for all sessions with your learners.
- Ensure that appropriate records are kept up to date and students registration documents are completed.
- Attending team meetings and standardisation meetings when required.
- Liaise with partner facilities and coaches.
- Maintain relevant professional standards and skills by attending workshops, events and seminars.
- Create learning resources and materials where required.

**Experience - Essential**
- At least 2 years of running your own personal training business
- At least 1 years of delivering personal training courses
- Experience of delivering blended learning training
- Experience delivering in-person training

**Qualifications**

**Essentials**

Minimum of Level 3 Diploma Personal Training

**Desirables**

Recognised teaching qualification (level 3 and above)

Assessors qualification

IQA qualification

Experience delivering Active IQ and Focus Awards qualifications

Additional industry relevant qualifications

**Contracted hours**

Flexible work schedule is available
