We have a wonderful opportunity for a **Senior Support Worker** to join our caring and support team at **Rowland House**, Thames Ditton.

**What you'll be working**:
Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
Full time hours
42 hours per week

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
- Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
- Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
- Provide Personal care

**What you'll have**:

- A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
- A NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable **(Desirable)**:
