We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy Service Department here at Mercedes-Benz of Swindon

To be successful previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential as you will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a high volume, face paced prestige Workshop with over 20 productive Technicians and 50 retail throughputs per day.

You will have shared responsibility for our team of Technicians and will be expected to work closely with our other Workshop Controller to manage workshop loading, utilisation, quality of work, efficiency and productivity to ensure we maximise all labour sales channels. In addition, you will also be required to assist with customer road tests and provide critical customer support, so excellent communication skills and an unrivalled passion for delivering unprecedented levels of customer service to both external and internal customers will be key.
