Construction Laborer

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as required for various projects.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to support various construction activities, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the duration of the project.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

**Skills**
- Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a construction environment is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
