Hairware Ltd are suppliers of wigs and hairpieces, providing for a diverse range of clientele, where no day is the same. Based in Stroud, our aim is simple; to make the world feel a little brighter for each customer. We pride ourselves on our friendly and down to earth approach, to make sure that every customer feels their needs are met, without any unnecessary added stress. Therefore, we are looking for someone to join our small but friendly team in our office on a part time administrative role.

Main responsibilities:
Warehouse
- Take delivery of goods and supplies
- Check for damaged or missing items.
- Store goods appropriately
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
- Process returns.
- Carry out stock counts as and when required.
- Keep Paperwork up to date.
- Fulfilment after despatch
- Relabelling of unbranded stock
- Stock locations Perform various warehouse duties as assigned
- Organise and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Utilise warehouse management system to track and locate stock

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred but not essestial. Full training will be given
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Good communication skills, both internally and with external customers/suppliers
- Aptitude for learning
- Happy to embrace change and work as part of a team.

Attention to detail is crucial in this position, as you will be responsible for accurately tracking and locating stock within the warehouse.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
