St Brides Spa Hotel is the first destination spa hotel in Wales. It sits in a commanding position on a clifftop with stunning views over the village, harbour, beach and coastline. The Hotel offers individually styled, luxurious bedrooms and contemporary restaurant, bar and conference facilities. The Spa and Hotel have won many awards over the years including the best hotel in Wales.

**The Restaurant & Gallery Bar**

Our 2AA rosette Cliff restaurant and Gallery bar have dramatic views across the bay and offer our guests the finest Pembrokeshire produce for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Our Gallery bar serves cocktails, champagne and a beautiful array of wines and spirits as well as tea and coffee.

**The Team**

We have a young, dynamic restaurant and bar team passionate about delivering an exceptional experience. The team comprises of our Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisors, Lead Servers, and Servers. The kitchen team is equally talented with a great passion for the locally sourced food they serve.

**The Job Purpose**

As a member of the front of house team you will ensure that every guest receives quick, efficient and professional service that builds loyalty and helps them enjoy their stay with us. Your main responsibilities will be within the front of house area delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring service is consistent and maintaining high standards. There will also be a multi skilled aspect to your role, to allow you to adapt quickly in order to meet guest needs and support your own development.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Knowledge and experience with wine, spirits and cocktails to deliver to our guests
- Greet guests and provide table service
- Good skills and knowledge of coffee to deliver to our guests
- Fine command of the English language
- Focus on our guests and deliver the highest standards of service
- Deal with high profile individuals with diplomacy
- Up sell and reach and exceed targets
- Cellar Management
- Abide by health, safety, security and licensing procedures.
