**Hourly Rate**: £12.20 (£10.89 + £1.31 holiday accrual rate)

**A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential for this role.**

**Dut**ies include**:

- Monitoring access points and site perimeter patrolling.
- Traffic management and direction.
- Ingress control - ticket validation, accreditation checks, guest direction and queries.
- Crowd control/people management - foot traffic direction, maintaining order, reporting anti-social behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to.
- Deliver approachable customer service and support to guests.
- Report any suspicious behaviour.
- Egress control.
- Reporting and recording details of irregularities, incidents, and patrols.
- Directing customers around the site.

**A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required**
