Supporting a young lady to live independently within her own home you will be prepared to 'support' and 'enable' her to do all the things any young adult would be doing on a day-to-day basis. The person we support is an outgoing individual who enjoys the company of others. As a Support Worker you will support with social aspects of living as well as the day-to day intimate personal care, household tasks and moving and positioning tasks. The young lady uses a wheelchair to mobilise.

Living with life changing injuries is no walk in the park but it is easier if you have a staff team who are understanding, supportive and respectful - that’s where you come in. We are looking for Support Workers for an engaging young woman who has a high-level spinal injury and an acquired brain injury, you will receive comprehensive training in order to carry out specialist care tasks. The young lady lives in Hilton Area of Inverness.

Applicants must have a fun and positive attitude and like cats and big dogs. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not necessary.

Contracted hours: We have a variety of contracted hours available from Bank/Relief hours to Part-Time hours (0-30) Full-Time hours (30-37.5 Per week)
- Morning Shift 07:00-10:00am
- Evening (Twilight) 20:00-23:00pm
- Long Day shift 09:30am-23:00pm
- Sleepover 23:00-07:00

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour & sleepovers are paid in addition to hourly rate at £94.50 per night and fully paid training..
