**JOB TITLE**: Sales Coordinator (10 Month fixed term contract)

**HOURS**:8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (36.15 hours per week - start and finish time flexible)

**LOCATION**: Highbridge, Somerset

**SALARY**:£21,000 - £25,000 PA DOE

**THE ROLE**:This role is being offered as a 10 maternity cover contract. They are ideally seeking someone available to start within the next few weeks to allow for a handover. The role would really suit a driven and passionate individual usedto working in customer focused environments with an element of sales support. You will be making approximately 25 business to business calls per week so you will need to be a confident communicator. You will be responsible for developing and promoting theCompany's business, by providing business development, commercial and administrative support and to achieve order levels at agreed margins.

**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry out structured business development, local and national campaigns, including making prospect calls in order to achieve order targets.
- Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements.
- Following up of live quotations in order to advance through to order.
- Respond to customer enquiries to generate orders.
- To maximise added value for every opportunity through promoting the full range of Services
- Complete customer care programme to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities.
- Effectively use internal systems (e.g. SAP, CRM) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned.
- As directed liaise with Service Manager with regard to product and services.
- Expedition of monies owed, in line with company guidelines and procedures.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE**:

- Exceptional customer care experience with the ability to do sales.
- Focused on customer needs and satisfaction, able to listen, consult others and communicate proactively.
- Strong administrative experience carried out in a customer service environment.
- Solid understanding of various software packages, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
