**The Role**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Hospitality Assistant to join a fantastic team in our hospitality & stores department at the prestigious Charterhouse School in Godalming Surrey.

As the Hospitality Assistant, you will be working in a great team. Due to the nature of the job you must have a clean/full driving licence, adapt to client needs have good communication skills and be flexible with hours.

As well as having excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills, you will be able to demonstrate and possess bags of enthusiasm.

You will form part of both the hospitality and stores department delivering items to areas within the grounds of the school, being teas & coffees to the daily store items to boarding house. As Hospitality Assistant you will be required to be flexible in your approach and effectively manage your day to meet delivery deadlines. In addition, you will be accepting deliveries into the catering department and making sure this is signed off and packed away within the accepted timeframe set out by the company.
- Clean and full driving licence
- Understanding of customer service and hospitality delivery
- Knowledge of stock management
- Able to undertake large volume of manual handling tasks
- Taking responsibility of the stores in the absence of the Head of Stores
