Nonstop Consulting have partnered with a Local Authority based in a beautiful area in the North west of the UK, to appoint an Inspiring, dedicated **Qualified Social Worker**to work in a **Child Protection team**

**1 week in the office out of 3**

**Pay is £42ph**
- Ofsted Outstanding - Stable senior leadership - Assured support from managers
- Meetings are virtual and work from home flexibility - efficient work life balance is encouraged - more time to spend with family
- Relatively light caseloads around 20 - less stress - reduced fatigue, job depression, burn out
- High pay compared to other CP's in the area
- Not a project so stability

To carry out statutory duties as required by legislation and guidance.

1 year post qualifying experience is essential.

**The Local Authority has a good Ofsted ensuring high quality work** so you'll be working with very experienced staff so you'll be part of a very supportive and knowledgeable team.
