**Lead People Partner, Reinsurance Solutions UK**:
**We’re hiring**

Aon are currently recruiting a Lead People Partner to join our team in the UK. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

You will play a strategic, influential role leading the development and execution of the talent strategy for Aon Reinsurance Solutions, focusing on building talent capabilities, and strengthening the Aon United culture to drive long term sustainable growth. As a key member of the UK People and Business leadership teams, the Lead People Partner will work closely with the UK COE leaders to deliver the global people strategy, in line with Aon United values and objectives.

Reporting directly to the Global Chief People Officer, Reinsurance and partnering with the leaders in Reinsurance Solutions.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Create trusted relationships with the Head of Reinsurance Solutions UK and the broader Reinsurance Solutions leadership team, to plan and develop, monitor, and measure the success of the overall people strategy, in line with the strategic direction of Reinsurance Solutions and the People Organization.
- Establish strong influential relationships in a complex environment with both Business leaders and People Org colleagues, with reference to the UK CPO and the People leads for solution lines.
- Advise and consult on global initiatives and regional matters in partnerships with the CPO, UK, and CPO, and effectively communicate the information to the Reinsurance UK team. In addition, consider and raise regional aspects, insights and trends to the global team that need to be given due consideration.
- Act as a single point of contact for business Leadership team responsible for the delivery of the colleague lifecycle.
- Develop in partner with the Business and Talent Acquisition lead an effective resourcing strategy to support the growth of the Business, ensuring Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) objectives are considered and met.
- Maintain view of Commercial Risk UK talent (including I&D), capabilities, culture, and critical

**Person Specification**:

- Able to consult on the entire People Org Service Delivery Model with an integrated, global perspective, demonstrated success resolving complex People issues.
- Able to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization, and to consult, influence and partner with senior leaders in developing/executing people strategies to drive business performance.
- Possesses strong business and financial acumen.
- An empowering management style encourages open debate and collaborative decision making and shares ownership of results.
- Effective communicator with a high level of self-confidence and credibility.

**Education/Professional Qualifications**:
CIPD qualified or proven experience to demonstrate level of competence
