We have a position for a Communications Executive / EA for Irbis Capital Partners Limited, an Investment Manager focusing on supply chain and logistics. This will be a combined role supporting Irbis and associated companies with a communications strategy as well as providing EA support.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and delivering communications and Branding plans for projects across the business, managing newsletters, writing marketing copy, identifying content for and scheduling social media messages, and creating content for our website.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about communications and looking to build their experience and expertise in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Additionally, the successful applicant with have some EA experience and will support three Executives with diary management and travel arrangements, ensuring time is used efficiently and effectively.

**Duties**:
Writing and editing content: For websites, social media, newsletters, investor and target presentation materials.
- Media relations: Handling media inquiries and creating press releases
- Event organization: Assisting with the planning of events to promote the organization's brand
- Audience research: Understanding the organization's audience to determine the best ways to engage them
- Maintaining and creating brand image
- Travel and diary management
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties as required

**Key Requirements**:
Proven experience in media, corporate communications, journalism or related environments
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English is a must, other European languages will be useful).
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use content management systems, social media platforms, web analytics tools and digital marketing methods, strong PowerPoint knowledge.
- Proficiency in content creation tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and confident

The role will be based in Mayfair and is office based.

Salary : circa 35K plus dscretionary performance related bonus

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
