An award winning private house builder are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build housing development in Nottingham,Nottinghamshire
The role:
As an experienced Site Manager you will have overall responsibility for running a housing site.
You will manage the site within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site.
This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

A multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 16 regions and 3 timber frame factories.
The Person:
Experience in the house building sector / house building industry
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Assistant Site Manager,Project Manager or Manager in a similar new build house building environment or a similar housing organisation/developer.
Qualifications/Experience
It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid,IT skills as well as a driving licence.
