Portico are on the lookout for a corporate ground floor Receptionist, for a lively multi-occupied building in Hemel Hempstead.
The overall aim of the Corporate Receptionist is to work alongside the building manager and other service providers to create and nurture a positive visitor experience.
The Corporate Receptionist will provide a warm welcome, customer focused assistance onsite and a fond farewell to create lasting memories for visitors & occupiers.
They will have a fantastic knowledge of the building's operations and work closely with the client to innovate regularly.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm from Monday-Friday
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be professional and willing to go that extra mile to create exceptional experiences for our clients and support all other service partners. Possessing strong communication skills and demonstrating a can do attitude.
Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a high end corporate or hospitality environment, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stake holders.
