A fast paced East London secondary school is seeking a SEN teaching assistant to join the team from March.

This role would be ideal for an experienced SEN teaching assistant OR a Graduate eager to develop their experience supporting young people with SEN in a secondary school setting.

The SENCo is looking for a caring, empathetic individual to support two male pupils. One pupil is in year 7 and the other year 9. Both pupils are wheelchair users and the successful applicant will be working closely with both pupils inside and outside ofthe classroom environment. The role will also involve personal care.

The SENCo is looking to hear from graduates who have some good experience behind them supporting young people with SEN and can start immediately.

The school is based in the London borough of Barking & Dagenham and is a short walk from the tube and local bus routes.
