Admin Skills
Coordination
Skills for these roles will be very similar to the admin skills but some work experience will be needed so that you can work under your own direction on occasion and be confident to use your initiative. You’ll be dealing with wider teams in these roles so it is important you’re comfortable communicating with a wide range of people and are able to keep different types of information in order. The hours for this role will include day time, evenings and weekends on a shift basis.
Visitor Experience
Events
These roles will need to be able to understand instruction quickly and pass on information to lots of people in a clear and accurate way. You will need to move from place to place and possibly carry items such as posters, documents, small bits of equipment. You will enjoy carrying out physical tasks and being at an event, where you could be setting up tables and chairs, making sure the space looks good and has everything that’s needed. You’ll be in spaces with lots of people - artists, participants, volunteers - so you’ll need to be comfortable with a noisy and busy environment and being around people you may not have met before. The hours for this role will include day time, evenings and weekends on a shift basis.
- We can give support and training for the skills needed above, what we need from you is commitment, be determined to do your best, passion and enthusiasm for what we do, curiosity and a willingness to learn and ask questions. You should be open, inclusive and welcoming to others at all times._
**WHAT’S NEXT**
We will contact you as and when we have a project or role that we feel is a good match for you. We will inform you of the timescale, compensation and other details and invite you to meet the team in a group activity session or to have an informal phonecall to find out more.
