Here at Howells Contracts, we are working with a leading Social housing contractor with sufficient plumbing knowledge to join their team covering the area of Oxford to work on Voids/occupied properties on repairs & maintenance.

Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include plumbing repairs in various properties.

You will be working for a modern, forward-thinking business; that believes the people's strengths, skills and personalities are the key to the company's success.

**This is a full-time, permanent role with a 40-hour working week. You will receive a competitive Salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per annum + work-based incentives, holidays and pension contributions. Company van and fuel card supplied.**
