John Kerr & Son Dairymen Ltd, best known as Kerr’s Dairy, have been in business for over 120 years - one of the oldest milk delivery companies in Scotland. Based on the long-standing Scottish icon - the milkman - we pride ourselves on being at the heart of the local communities across Tayside, Angus, Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire.
We are looking for a new team member to join our busy office team based at our Dundee depot to work 9am until 1pm, 4 mornings per week.
**Responsibilities for the role**:
- Telephone handling
- General administration duties. (As directed)
- Customer Service.
- Completing tasks assigned by Office Manager
- Document recording and control
- Always maintaining excellent customer service standards
Ideally you will have experience as a receptionist, in a call centre or an administrative capacity.
You should have the ability to engage easily and credibly with colleagues and customers across the business
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to plan and organise your time effectively
Able to multi-task and prioritise duties
Strong IT skills - particularly with Microsoft Office packages
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
