Cfo Pe Backed Professional Services Business

Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking a commercial Chief Financial Officer to join a recently acquired PE-backed Professional Services business based in Central London.
This is a great opportunity for a CFO to work closely with a newly-invested PE house, and fulfil their ambitious growth plans. This involves executing a commercial strategy to double EBITDA and expanding into international markets through further acquisitions.
Working closely with the CEO and PE house, you will set the strategic direction of the business, target and integrate further acquisitions, and present business and market analysis to stakeholders and the leadership team.
Acting as a role model for the finance department, you will oversee the finance function of the business, taking full ownership of the finance, data and IT functions. This will involve improving systems and reporting processes to accommodate growth, taking full responsibility for cash flow, and reporting to debt providers, including those around covenant compliance.
Great leadership and communications skills will lead a culture passionate about growth and profit. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to lead the high-performing finance function of a business, fulfilling its significant growth potential ahead of an eventual exit.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered
- Extensive experience in working as a CFO in a PE Backed businesses, ideally with a background in Professional Services/Consultancy sector.
- Experience reporting to debt providers in a PE context.
- Passionate about taking an active role, with a strong commitment to the business
