**Salary**: £22,406 - £23,792 (Grade 7)

Location: Lincoln & Lincolnshire Wide

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
To provide excellent front-line tenancy liaison services to our supported housing residents, dealing with a range of tenancy matters including assessment that accommodation meets the needs of the person, supporting customers to manage their rent accounts, sustain their tenancies individually or through multi-agency working, provide advice on a range of tenancy management issues including housing benefit.

To support our Head of Repairs and Maintenance with planned and adhoc projects.

**TASKS**:
Provided at all times that this remains consistent with any Linkage-wide policy and/or practice, these will include:
**Housing**
- To assess that all accommodation meets the needs of the person prior to any offers of accommodation is made and on at least an annual basis review to ensure that the accommodation is suitable to their needs.
- To develop a lettings pack with all relevant information for a private letting to a person supported by Linkage.
- To be the main point of contact for our contracts for delivery of housing.
- To support tenants to manage their rent accounts and provide advice and guidance on being a good neighbour to enable them to sustain their tenancies.
- To undertake property inspections of all rented properties.
- To review and agree service charges for all properties.

**Salary**: £22,406.00-£23,792.00 per year
