This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Inhouse Recruiter to join a global property & investments organisation, currently going through significant transformation and growth.
Reporting to the executive recruitment manager, you will join a small team of recruiters, tasked with managing the 'top 5% roles' across the business.
To achieve this, the successful applicant will drive a direct-hire-model and will be adept with market mapping, talent pooling, networking, and sourcing the very best 'exec talent', whilst providing a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and improved buy-infrom the business.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Recruiter. Someone who brings a sound knowledge of senior hiring, as well as a target driven mentality.
This role is remote working so, you can be based anywhere in the UK - However, being based within 2 hours of London would work great, as some travel into London may be required (once a quarter - expensed).
