Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area. As a Family Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of pupils and families aged 2-19, offering tailored support for a range of challenges including health, behaviour, parenting, and peer relationships. You’ll work closely with pastoral teams, external agencies, and early years professionals to deliver impactful interventions and practical strategies—both 1:1 and in group settings.

- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
- Knowledge of Early Help processes and multi-agency working.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
