MBA are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to work out of our client's prestigious Automotive Retail Centre in Rochdale. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.
The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for managing the service team ensuringthat exceptional service standards and processes are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
In return, you can expect a salary of £28,300 with a realistic OTE of £32,300. There's also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events, Staff Discounts,Subsidised Car Schemes and Employee Wellbeing Initiatives
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as an integral part of the service team ensuring that exceptional service standards and processes are maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Deal with customers' requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Carry out systematic follow up, upsell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
- Ensure service standards and processes are achieved and maintained by all service advisors.
- Ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the service desk on a daily basis.
Role Requirements:

- Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have a desire to succeed
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Have a friendly, positive, confident attitude towards customer service and sales.
