Avanti recruitment are currently working with a ground-breaking software defence and space company based in the UK. They are looking for a number of Graduate/Junior and Mid-levels to join their teams working on high-level greenfield projects in modern workingenvironments.

The company has offices based in Lincoln and work on a flexible hybrid basis. They would like you to be based within travel distance of their office due to onsite needs for highly classified projects.

Investment in their developers is key for the business and have 5 days allocated for offsite technical training, a £1500 training budget per developer alongside additional certifications, training and LinkedIn learning.

The teamwork in an agile environment with unit testing, code reviews, continuous integration and currently have a great team of senior developers who are happy to mentor and share their knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- .NET
- C#
- Ability to have UK security vetting and sign the official secrets act.

The role is paying between £30,000-£50,000 dependent on experience with 30 days holidays, 5 training days, £1500 training budget, private health insurance, bonus scheme, 5% matched pension, electric car and cycle to work schemes and flexible working hours.
