**About the role**
In this role you will help us best use our data and systems to drive growth, collaborate, attribute success, uncover insights, and forecast. Help the operations team support the leaders of sales and marketing to make better decisions faster and Support the sales team with the day-to-day administration of Salesforce and contract creation.

**Order Management Administration**
- Support with our approval processes, helping to ensure timely completion of approvals from relevant parties and accuracy throughout
- Support the sales team with quote creation, including pricebook selection, product advice and process examples
- Support the sales team with administration tasks within Salesforce, focusing on our enterprise-level opportunities
- Constantly improve and maintain data accuracy within all systems with a particular focus on Salesforce

**General: Integrations, Security and Reporting**

Be a champion for data protection, privacy and GDPR compliance and ensure all data held or processed through the team’s systems is done so compliantly

**About you**
- Previous experience working in order/sales administration
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems - ideally, Salesforce (not required but preferred)
- Outstanding analytical mindset, with the ability to communicate concisely to stakeholders
- Understanding of adjacent processes, particularly financial reporting, billing and contract management

**Interview process**

**1)** Phone screen with Kiefer (Talent Acquisition Manager)

**2) **1st stage interview with Nick (Head of Sales and Marketing Operations) and Saima (Sales & Marketing Operations Executive), which will include a task.
