**Job Title: Sales Executive** **Location: Gateshead** **Salary: Up to £40k** **Responsibilities**: - Prospect leads and contact them to pitch the product/ service - Build a strong network of prospects in HR, L&D - Set up meetings with the prospective clients - Present product/ service demonstrations to the client - Establish new business links - Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development - Sales reporting and reviewing performance - Negotiate contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both - Conduct market research to evaluate gaps and opportunities - Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels - Collaborate within teams to achieve better results - Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams - Meet and exceed sales targets - Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts - Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives - Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers **Skills and Experience**: - 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience - Experience and working knowledge of Sales/CRM systems - Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota - Strong written and verbal communication skills If this job sounds like something you'd be interested in, click "apply" and one of our consultants will be in touch to talk through the position and organisation in further detail.
