**JOB TITLE:
- Criminal Solicitor - Manager**
**LOCATION:
- Cheshire**
**SALARY:
- c£60,000**
**THE ROLE**:
The appointed Criminal Solicitor will join a national public sector organisation and will be responsible for managing their own team of prosecutions Solicitors. This role is ideal for an experienced Criminal Solicitors looking to move into a leadership roleand progress their career. The successful Criminal Solicitor will oversee a team of around 8 to 10 Solicitors and will be responsible for allocating workloads, mentoring, conducting appraisals whilst at all times ensuring the smooth running of the team.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Barristers from either a Defence or Prosecutions background. Extensive management experience is essential in order to be considered for this role along with the ability to combine this experience with your workingknowledge of Criminal Law. This role is best suited to a current Senior Solicitor / Department head who is looking to move away from a traditional fee earning role.
