We pay more than most adult social care providers and we believe that excellence should be rewarded. As a Team Leader you will work with our management team to monitor and oversee care in a specific location within our Supported Living properties.
You may be currently working in social care and ready to step up to a more senior position. We can offer you progression throughout the company as we are always keen to promote from within.
**Rate**: £11.50 per hour (£23,920 per annum)
Mileage paid at 40p per mile

This is a client-focused role where you will lead in areas such as support planning, staff development and risk management. It builds on the skills you may already have as a support worker or senior carer.
What does the role involve?
As a Team Leader, you will be delivering care to your clients, but you will work with managers to ensure service users' needs are being met to the highest standard and that people are able to lead fulfilling lives with freedom and choice.
You will spend the majority of your time working alongside clients so you understand their needs and make sure they are being met.
**Primary responsibilities include**:
- Delivering care with the client
- Helping to keep care plans up to date
- Helping clients to achieve their goals
- Ensuring clients are happy and content with the service
- Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of service users
- Providing leadership to front-line care staff
- Inducting and assessing new staff members to ensure they’re compatible and have the skills and knowledge to work with your clients
- Ability to adapt and address situations quickly
What qualifications and experience do you need?
Firstly, we are looking for a customer-focused person who has a commitment to quality of care while achieving business objectives You will be able to plan, implement and assess ideas to improve the lives of our service users
Previous experience in the care sector is preferred. We do not offer sponsorship.
