We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to develop their administrative skills in a professional setting. As an apprentice, you will assist with ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. Full training of the role will be provided, so no prior experience necessary.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation, records, and reports.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Completing invoicing, expenses tracking, and banking.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
- Undertake additional training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- A professional demeanor, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including with colleagues and external businesses via the telephone).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
