**Support Worker**

**Full Time (39hrs) - Driver Preferred (You will be working in across an outreach and drivers essential)**

**Arbroath and surrounding areas.**

£12.00 per hour

**The Role**

**We have an exciting opportunity for a new support worker within our team.**

You will be supporting individuals with limited mobility, mental illnesses and learning disabilities. You would be supporting people to live at home safely and also to access their community.

The support will be around all aspects of daily life and the overall health and wellbeing of our individuals including Housing support, care at home, general household chores, personal care, enabling to reach potential, maintaining social contact and community networking, support to attend events, appointments and social events, support with finances, medication administration/reordering. Pro-active response in meeting all aspects of support.

Various shifts are available including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

An Enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.

Driver preffered but not essential.
