**Apprentice Receptionist**

Our client is the largest privately owned Renault Truck dealership in the UK with 7 depots spanning the East of England supplying the full range of New Renault and Isuzu trucks, pre-owned trucks, trailers and vans.

They are an ambitious and successful company determined by the skill, reliability, and loyalty of their people who they believe are their greatest assets and who provide outstanding service to their customers.

They are looking for an Apprentice Receptionist who is looking to start their career in customer service and administration.

**It is key that you have the following skills**:

- Positive and enthusiastic
- Good telephone manner
- Highly organised
- A keen eye for detail
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel

**Main Responsibilities entail**:

- Answer phone calls and deal with inquiries and passing onto the relevant personnel
- Meeting and greeting visitors into the building
- Includes photocopying, scanning, shredding, and filing documents, to ensure the reception remains organised
- Managing meeting rooms, booking rooms, setting up rooms, clearing rooms
- Support with events

Full Qualification at the end of the Apprenticeship

08:30 - 17:00
