Our client is looking to recruit a Client Manager to the team with immediate effect. You will be part of a National Team and the role will be 100% remote working. The roles main focus is to achieve revenue growth from new and existing clients and ensure retentionof clients. However, there is one lead client for this role which would take up the majority of your time with the remainder of your focus being on developing new smaller business clients.
Key responsibilities of the Client Manager:

- Contribute to major commercial activity including proposition building, targeting, pitch, presentation, pricing strategy and negotiation
- Identify valuable emerging markets, corporate clients or product opportunities
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and forming plans to achieve targets
- Promote business at networking events, and conferences when deemed an appropriate business development opportunity
- Onboard new clients - completing processing agreements, provide induction advice and ensure smooth programme set up based on the appropriate predetermined service level
- Act as the point of contact for a list of allocated client accounts
- Provide clients with advisory services linked to their programme needs
- Act as the initial point of escalation for existing clients and develop deeper contact points and understanding of their organisations
- Ensure that Operations & Delivery teams are providing clients with the service levels expected
- Continuously monitor/review client activity in line with service level agreements
- Proactive tracking and expanding of the client relationship (high risk/low risk) and performing client stakeholder mapping
- Advise on appropriate pathways and interventions
- Perform visits to induct and advise clients in line with service banding
- Be able to provide feedback and insights to senior management within clients
- Develop an ambassadorial/networking element to the role to ensure they spot the nuances of local market behaviour and trends
Key requirements for the Client Manager:

- Experience in working with FTSE 250 companies
- Ability to influence customer decisions and negotiate
- Ability to devise client proposals, write tenders, prepare and deliver client pitch
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Comfortable presenting at conference/onsite
- Be able to communicate with a senior client management team
