Group Energy and Sustainability Analyst

**Job Purpose**:
Creates reporting and insight to support ODEON Cinemas Group (OCG) energy reduction and net zero strategies. Sources data from across OCG countries and prepares analysis, modelling, performance review and insight to help drive the OCG energy reduction andsustainability plan.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Sources and manages all data across OCG countries focused on energy usage, net zero strategy and initiatives.
- Creates reporting and insight on all energy and sustainability initiatives across OCG
- Support baseline research and set up of net zero measurement and methodology and the collation and reporting of net zero scope 1, 2 and 3 requirements.
- Provides knowledge and insight to support a change programme and associated initiatives with the aim of reducing energy consumption and delivering OCG net zero strategy across our European countries.
- Collects, analyses and reports management data to support on key decisions on energy management, net zero initiatives, strategic planning and performance improvement.
- Supports on wider Operations data review and analysis.

**Key Skills**:

- Data analysis experience (e.g..Cluster analysis, pattern recognition, predictive modelling)
- Experienced with visualisation software (e.g..Power BI, Tableau)
- Collates models, interprets and analyses data, explains variances and trends.
- Capable of working individually and a spart of a wider-teams including analytics and operations.
