**Payroll Administrator**

Imerys Par, Cornwall

Full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

Salary up to £32,000 per year depending on experience

Scope to work on a hybrid basis

**Are you a Payroll Administrator experienced in end-to-end payroll processes?**

**Do you have the knowledge to assist our employees with their pay queries?**

With 1200 employees, in multiple Imerys business entities situated across the UK, you'll be part of a team responsible for the accurate and timely payment of salaries.

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to, supporting and, at times, deputising, the Payroll Lead, you’ll be joining our dedicated and friendly team, based in our Par Moor Centre. You’ll utilise your expertise to assist in the smooth and efficient running of our monthly payroll andbe an important source of payroll, benefits and systems knowledge to your colleagues, acting as a senior point of contact ensuring the prompt resolution of any queries.

**Skills we’re looking for**
- Experience of running large payrolls including year end
- Experience in dealing with DWP, HMRC, and Courts
- Payroll pension processing including dealing with pension providers
- Working knowledge of RTI and Auto Enrolment
- Basic knowledge of Benefit taxation implications
- Payroll software knowledge, Workday would be ideal but not essential
- Strong Excel user
