Job Description
Due to an increase in our Client base we are re-advertising these posts in our bournemouth and Christchurch branch. Home Instead you will be responsible for the ongoing support of both our team of CAREGivers and our Clients, ensuring that we are delivering high-quality care and living up to our excellent reputation in the community.
You will be confident in building strong relationships; listening to and acting upon CAREGiver feedback regarding Clients, and liaising with both the CAREGivers and families about the Client care.
**Other duties include**:
- Providing hands on expertise in the delivery of high-quality care into the community
- Conducting Client and CAREGiver introductions
- Maintaining regular contact with CAREGivers
- Maintaining regular contact and building relationships with our Clients
- Care Certificate Training and Support
- Being an integral part of the Office team
- Be part of the out of hours support team
Qualifications
The feild care supervisor role would suit someone with a friendly and caring approach; who has previous care experience especially in a domiciliary care setting.
Previous experience in working as a Senior Carer or Team Leader is an advantage but not essential
**The ability to work daytime, evening and alternate weekends**
**Full driving licence**
**The right to work in the UK**
