**Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate sales and lettings agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Provide advice to landlords and tenants on the legal aspects of the agreement.
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties involved in the process.
- Prepare and present offers to landlords and tenants.
- Carry out viewings of properties.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Understand the local housing market and be able to advise clients accordingly.
Applicants must have lettings and management experiences, more than 2 years will be preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- Birmingham, B5 4BN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
