**About The Role**:
**Do you have a passion for Plumbing? and want to pass on your knowledge to the next generation of learners?**

As a **Skills Practitioner in Plumbing at EKC Training**you will provide Learning/Technical support to staff and students within the Division and to undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies.

**Your role will also include**:

- Support and inspire students to reach their full potential.
- Liaise with internal and external customers and stake holders.
- Provide feedback to learners to aid progression.
- Stock control including ordering and issuing of supplies.
- Promote a safe working environment.

**About You**:
**What are we looking for?**
- Recent industry experience.
- Provide practical demonstration in the classroom and workshops.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Will uphold strong Health & Safety standards.
- Will provide a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment.

You will have recent industrial experience in a relevant area, and ideally have experience of education or involvement in training in the workplace.

You will be able to work with young people to achieve and succeed their full potential aligned with the culture and ethos of the Group.
