Adaptix is a medical imaging company founded by experts in radiation production, medical devices. Medical imaging helps patients by enabling early and accurate diagnosis. However, 2D X-rays can be inconclusive as they give a fundamentally limited view ofour 3D bodies.Adaptix is making 3D imaging more accessible to the people who need it by producing mobile flat-panel X-ray systems that can be brought to patients giving low-cost, low-dose imaging.

Reporting to the CEO and the board, the CFO will take responsibility across all financial matters including financial reporting and control, cash flow and treasury, statutory and tax compliance, and will provide commercial analysis and oversight across thecompany

This highly strategic and commercial role demands a focus on shareholder value creation through a combination of:

- Strategic positioning
- Identifying and executing upon opportunities to sell-off or independently spin-out lines of business
- Ensuring the company creates and preserves the option to list on either LSE AIM or NASDAQ markets
- Maximising attractiveness to potential corporate acquirers
- Considering and supporting building value through M&A

You will lead the small finance team, taking a hands-on approach that delivers optimal financial outcomes in the short, medium and long-term, managing cash to deliver business plans and ensuring best-in-class cash forecasting. You will drive future financialperformance (revenues, cash generation, profitability, return on equity) and reduce gaps between forecast and actual financial performance as the company transitions to commercialisation. You will drive continuous improvements to support company growth, ensuringthat there are robust internal controls as well as compliance with requisite statutory and reporting standards
