**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support.
- Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
- Utilise Office 365 for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using as required.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when necessary.
- Support team members with various projects and tasks as needed.
- Using QuickBooks for basic accounting and invoicing

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills, ensuring attention to detail in all work produced.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry with accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.80-£13.00 per hour
