Marton Gate Manor includes two in-house bars with a Barista Station, restaurant-standard dining rooms, a full beauty and hairdressing salon, a cinema, a bowls green, a greenhouse with raised gardening areas, and outdoor terraced balconies overlooking the surrounding area.

All the bedrooms are designed to be spacious and come fully furnished, complete with an en-suite wet room. Each room is adorned with highly finished décor and interiors, and the ground-floor bedrooms include doors out to private patio areas.

Our Dementia Care Living is situated on a dedicated floor and is designed to create a home-from-home providing a sense of familiarity that helps support and ease our residents to settle into their new surroundings.

**We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative**
- (CV selections will commence W/C 21st April with interviews beginning to be scheduled starting the following week and ongoing until opening)_

**£13.30 per hour regardless of age**

**Shift pattern 8:30am -5pm Monday to Friday (some on-call over the weekend required)**

**A 40 hours per week role.**

**The role of Maintenance Operative includes to ensure the residents are provided with safe and well maintained environment in which to live in.

Support is provided by the Estate Manager, Area Maintenance Team, Decorator and Gardener.
- It is essential that all our staff are;_

- Willing to undertake any training necessary to develop skills and competency relevant to the role.
- Sensitive to the needs of others.
- An active team player and must be able to work on own initiative.
- Possess good communication skills with colleagues and residents.
- Overview of Job Description_
- To complete health and safety audits to make sure our residents Home is safe.
- To ensure the environment is well maintained, including decorating and gardening.
- To support the Home out of normal hours to if required in an emergency.
- To liaise with the Head Office team and external contractors.
- To review servicing of equipment at the Home.
