We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour

This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

**About the Role**

As a member of the Deer House Service Team you will look after the food and beverage and swimming pool area needs of our members, guests and visitors. Our team have a relaxed and friendly approach to guest service whilst maintaining the excellent standards Rudding Park is known for.

Your regular duties will include the following:

- Selling drink, food and all other products to guests quickly and efficiently with a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
- Providing a warm welcome and cheerful farewell to every guest enhancing the reputation of the Deer House
- Preparing the pool, bar and restaurant for service ensuring that the customers find it clean and well-ordered at all times
- Maintaining the cleanliness of both the working area and the equipment used
- Handling the till and loyalty card system
- Learning and following the high standards that the Deer House has and helping everyone stay in line with all the rules and regulations of the pool, bar and restaurant
- On the job training provided
- This is a casual hours role working on a rota/shift basis as required by levels of business.
- Salary shown is hourly rates of pay, dependant on age.
