The Hatch Camphill Community is a unique organisation where individuals with learning disabilities are supported to fulfil their potential within a beautiful community setting. Each beneficiary is able to develop their skills, creativity and working life through accessing our thriving onsite workshops and activities, including our Garden, Crafts, Cookery and Textiles Workshops.

**About you**

Our main priority is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes to support the residents to fulfil their potential in a person-centred way. We provide a comprehensive induction programme and all the training that is required to ensure you settle in well and achieve your aspirations.

As a support worker at The Hatch you will support the residents to maintain a tidy living environment, prepare wholesome meals and maintain their health and wellbeing. You will enable them to manage their own finances and achieve their aspirations for independent living. You will deliver high quality dignified personal care and support people to administer their medication safely.
