**Purpose of the Role**

To provide leasing administration services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare tenancy agreements, renewal documents, and legal paperwork
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including key handovers
- Schedule and manage property viewings and inspections
- Ensure compliance with relevant lettings legislation and data protection laws
- Collect and process tenant referencing, right-to-rent checks, and deposit registration
- Assist with marketing properties, including uploading listings and arranging photography
- Provide general administrative support to the lettings team

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Proven experience in an administrative or property lettings role (preferred).

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Working Hours - 9:00 - 5:30

Salary - £31,500
